Shane "Shawnee" Anthony Wicks of Natrona Heights lost his battle on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. He fought his pain everyday for years, but addiction ultimately stole him from us. How he died will not define him; how he lived is how he will be remembered. Born March 23, 1998, he had a deep soul that imprinted on everyone who met him. His personality and humor lit up every room wherever he went. Shane had a sensitive and loving heart. His family was everything to him. Shane was loved and raised by a young mom and they grew up together. They had an extraordinarily close and beautiful relationship. He was proud to be a mama's boy and she was always so proud to be Shanesmom. When Jon came into his life they built a strong, unbreakable bond and then their family was complete.
He fit in immediately and was loved everywhere he went. He instantly became part of everyone's family. He was always full of jokes and always tried to make everyone feel happy and loved. He was also so empathetic and in tune to people's feelings. Shane's smile was beautiful, his laugh was contagious, and he gave the best hugs. The world lost an incredible young man and his light will never be forgotten.
He is survived by his parents Autumn (Wicks) and Jonathan Stiller, Nan Toni Wicks, Nan Connie Bentz, Nanny Jane Wicks, Uncle Taylor "Ror" (Eva Noonan) Wicks, Uncle Craig (Jacqueline) Bentz, the Stiller family and girlfriend Lisa Messina.
Preceeded in death by Pap William Wicks, Uncle Shane William Wicks, Aunt Marcie Bentz, Pap George Bentz, and Timothy Bentz.
