Sandra Adamski

Sandra "Sandy" Sinka Adamski, 75, of Sarver, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2026, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot following a brief but courageous battle with cancer.  Sandy was born May 24, 1950 in Natrona Heights to the late George and Julia (Nagy) Sinka. She was a graduate of Duff's Business Institue in Pittsburgh and retired from the Municipal Authority of Buffalo Township. Sandy enjoyed reading, playing games on her tablet and trips to the casino.

She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 52 years, Paul. She is survived by her children, Leslie (Jason) Breinich of Altoona and Nick Adamski of Natrona Heights.

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Butler County Humane Society.
