Russell A. Hank, Sr.

Russell A. Hank, Sr., 72, of Natrona, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 in Allegheny Valley Hospital. He was born January 5, 1954, in New Kensington to the late John and Goldie Virginia (Hart) Hank Jr. Russell was a 1973 graduate of Deer Lakes HIgh School. He retired after 35 years of service in the maintenance department at E.S.M. in Saxonburg. Russell was of the Methodist faith. He coached little league for Tar-Brack Little League for many years. Russell enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping in the Sigel area, was active in A.A., was a blood donor, was an avid Steeler, Pirate and Penguin fan and never missed one of his grandchildren's activities. Russell is survived by his children, Russell A. (Rachel) Hank Jr., of Natrona and Cindy Sciubba (Joe), of Natrona, stepson, Frank (Monica) Frantz, of Freeport, Crystal his bonus daughter, son-in-law, Jay Sciubba Sr. (known as the odd couple), grandchildren, Kassitty, Lance, Kana, Kaylee, Bubba, Russel, Jason Jr., Lindsey, Peyton, Jaden, Blaze, Logan, Nick, Tazzae and Jakai, great grandchildren, Giovanni, Niah, Janell, Alyssa and Emmett, brothers, Richard (Donna) Hank, of Sarver and Warren Hank (Heather Hartline), of Warren, brother-in-law, Mike (Sue) Kraynick, sisters-in-law, Becky (Eric) Negley, of Brackenridge and Sherrie (Jim) Mosely, of Bakersville, NC, numerous nieces and nephews and by friend, Brenda Sherrill. In addition to his parents, Russell was preceded in death by his first wife, Anna Swanson and by his second wife, Marcia (Kraynick) Hank. Russell's family would like to send a special thank you to his ICU nurse Alyssa for her care and support.

Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev.
