Rosemary K. Rushford-Baker, 73, of Natrona Heights, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2026. She was born Oct. 10, 1952, in New Kensington to the late Francis and Grace (Hoak) Kremer. Rosemary worked at the VA for several years, as a receptionist in AVH, then retiring from the Valley New Dispatch where she worked in human resources. Rosemary was of the Presbyterian faith. In her free time she found joy in helping animals of all types. Whether that was feeding the birds or taking in stray cats. She also enjoyed helping those less fortunate, by providing meals at local homeless shelters.
Rosemary is survived by her son, Patrick (Tara) Klazon of Kent, Ohio; grandchildren, Kyra, Alyssa and Ivy; great-grandson, Luca McCurry.; sisters, Phyllis Speer and Shirley (Randy) Kremer-Bollinger.; brother Alan (Andrea) Kremer.; sister-in-law Carol Kremer.; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her husbands Victor Rushford and Glenn Baker; and brother Phillip Kremer.
Friends will be received on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Officiating the service will be the Rev. R. Cameron Malcolm IV. Burial will follow in Mount Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
