Robert J. Plivelich

Robert J. Plivelich, 62, of Brackenridge, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. He was born February 6, 1955, in McKeesport to the late Francis P. and Frances T. Shemik Plivelich. Robert formerly lived in Apollo and White Oak before moving to Brackenridge. He was a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor of science degree in social work. Robert worked in the hat molding department at M.S.A. in Murrysville for 10 years. He enjoyed fishing, working crossword puzzles and his greatest joy was spending time with his nieces and nephews. Robert is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda L. Heinrichs Plivelich; his sisters, Joyce Dunlop and Diane Lacivita, both of White Oak; his niece, Michelle Tutko and her children, Tom & Ashley; and many other nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 11 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. Dan Muttart. Entombment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Robert may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105.
