Richard A. Aretz

Richard A. Aretz, 86, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2025. He was born June 11, 1939, in Natrona Heights to the late Albert and Esther (Stepp) Aretz. Richard was a 1957 graduate of Har-Brack High School. He retired after 49 years of service from the former Bouchat Buick, where he worked as the parts manager. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, flying sport kites, metal detecting, photography and riding his Spyder. Richard is survived by his daughters, Kathleen (Clinton "Joe") Hammond, of Auburn and Diane (Patrick) Jackson, of South Buffalo Twp., grandsons, Ryan Jackson and David (Hannah) Jackson and by his great granddaughter, Sadie Mae Jackson. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline M. (Crabill) Aretz on September 13, 2017.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Funeral service will be held privately.
