Paul F. McGann

Paul F. McGann, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly on March 9, 2026 while on vacation in the Philippines. He was the son of the late John and Joanne McGann, born on December 15, 1965 in Ford City, PA. Paul grew up in Natrona Heights, attending Most Blessed Sacrament grade school and graduating from Saint Joseph high school in 1984. He served his country honorably in the US Navy and Army National Guard with a combat tour in Afghanistan. After his discharge from the Army he worked for the Redstone Armory, Huntsville, Alabama as a civilian employee until his retirement in 2024. Paul was very active in retirement with several veterans organizations in the Huntsville area. To say Paul was an avid fan of all Pittsburgh sports would be a huge understatement. He was a deep well of knowledge, facts, stats and trivia for his beloved Pittsburgh teams and anything sports related. He is survived by his loving brothers and sisters Bill (Susan), Greg, Lisa (John Kemerer), Cindy (Pat Magdinec), Bob (Carleen) and Michael (Janine) along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. He is no doubt enjoying his reunion with mom, dad and his biggest pal, Papa Weber.
