Paul “Joe” Otwell

September 24, 1947 - April 29, 2023

Joe leaves behind his loving wife of 30 years, his children, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law and grandchildren who he adored, beloved relatives include brothers, sisters, mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and extended family who will miss him dearly. Joe was preceded in death by his parents and younger brother.  Joe had a devoted circle of friends who enjoyed his company every time they were together, sharing his favorite activities such as gardening, cooking, fishing, golfing, camping, and playing cards.

Joe loved with his whole heart and enjoyed life.

He will be in our hearts forever and always.

Joe was a member of the Oregon Hunting and Fishing Club, Tarentum Eagles,

Brackenridge American Legion,

Slovak American Club and The Outdoor Life Lodge.

A  Celebration of Life in Honor of Joe will be announced at a later date.
