Norbert J. Lapczynski

Norbert J. Lapczynski, 88, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. He was born January 11, 1935, in Natrona to the late John and Regina (Michalski) Lapczynski. Norbert worked for Highlands School District and also for the Harrison Township Police Department. He was a former member of the New Kensington Civic Theater and was an avid reader. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Pamela (Simon) Lapczynski and by several cousins.
