Marty M. (Cicholski) Thomas

Marty M. Thomas, 92, of New Kensington, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016 at St. Barnabas Inc., Richland Township. She was born July 4, 1923, in Natrona, a daughter of the late Stanley and Catherine Rusiewicz Cicholski. Marty worked as a beautician in the New Kensington area for many years. She was a member of St. Mary Czestochowa R.C. Church in New Kensington. Marty is survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Carl J. and Frank Cicholski; and sisters, Christine Lawecki, Anna Mieszkowski and Elinor Rykaczewski.
A blessing service will be held on Thursday at 10:30 AM in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Officiating will be the Rev. James Mazurek.
