Marie E. (Kopecky) Millen Jack, 99, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2026. She was born February 2, 1927, in Tarentum to the late Joseph and Anna (Valasek) Kopecky. Marie was a 1945 graduate of St. Joseph High School. Marie worked for many years with special needs students for the Allegheny Intermediate Unit. She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, Natrona Heights. Marie interests included Traveling (US National Parks), being an artist, specializing in oil painting, she took great pride in her landscaping the outdoor spaces around her home and enjoyed her time spent with her family and her devotion to her Roman Catholic faith. Marie is survived by her children, Eugene "Gene" Millen, of Brackenridge, Mary Beth Delane, of Brackenridge and Cindy Tomer, of Hollis, NH., grandchildren. Dionne (Darren) Murphy, Mark A. Millen, Michael Millen, James (Nicole) Millen, Jonathan (Melissa) Millen, Jessica Tomer, Matt Tomer, Christopher Tomer, Allie Tomer, Ryan (Kaitlyn) Delane, Ian Tomer and Brian Tomer and by her great grandchildren, Kaylyn Millen, Aidan Millen, Lanie Millen, Charley Millen and Suzanna Millen. In addition to her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Roy S. Jack on February 23, 2005. son, Michael J. Millen, brother, Rev. Joseph Kopecky and sisters, Anna Breznican and Ethel Prazenica.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a parting prayer service will be held on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. in Most Blessed Sacrament Church with her pastor the Rev. John B. Lendvai as celebrant. Burial will be in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Twp. To send an online condolence please visit www.cicholski-zidekfh.com. The Ladies of Charity will hold services in the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:45 p.m.
