Lucille M. Kabay

Lucille M. (Dombrowski) Kabay, 79, of Natrona, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. She was born December 12, 1941, in Natrona Heights to the late Zygmund and Gabriella (Sobotka) Dombrowski. Lucille was a 1959 graduate of Har-Brack High School. She worked all her life in the healthcare field at Allegheny Valley Hospital and later at Allegheny Ophthalmology. Lucille loved everything Humming Bird and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She especially enjoyed great times crossing the country with her beloved sister and brother-in-law. Lucille is survived by her children, Bernadette Kabay (Michael Maliszewski) , Vince (Christine) Kabay, Susan Kabay-Flick and Daralee (Frank) Powell; grandchildren, Brandon (Amy) Bucinski, Amber Desiree, April (Nick Creaby) Kabay , Lystina (Cody Bliss) Kabay , Ryan Flick, Alyssa (Jeff) Guckelberger, Kristin (Chris) Peck and Joshua (Alyson) Powell; great grandchildren, Sebastian, Oscar, Payten, Rilee, Melanie, Axel, Zoey, Addie and two on the way, and by her sister, Sharon (Don) Jentgens. In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her grandson, Chad Bucinski and by her brother, Ronald Dombrowski.

Friends will be received on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of a blessing service at 8:00 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Officiating will be the Rev. James Kurtz. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
