Larry L. Chifulini

Larry L. Chifulini, 81, of Brackenridge, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 in UPMC St. Margaret Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born October 24, 1941, in Natrona Heights to the late Louis and Pauline (Polisano) Chifulini. Larry was a 1959 graduate of Har-Brack High School. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Larry retired as the general manager after over 40 years of service from the Upper Allegheny Joint Sanitary Authority. Larry was a member of the Integrity Lodge, was one of the founding members of the Brackenridge Improvement Group and also belonged to numerous community organizations. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of the former St. Joseph Church in Natrona. Larry enjoyed a good meal and spending time with his family and grand dogs.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Paulette (Hladney) Chifulini, children, Lisa (John) Ahr, of Natrona Heights, Lori (Robert) Puzak, of State College and Larry (Lisa) Chifulini Jr., of Brackenridge, grandchildren, Andrew Ahr, Olivia Ahr, Matthew Puzak, Anne Puzak Tramontozzi (Michael Tramontozzi), Natalie Chifulini and Dominic Chifulini, brothers, Ronald (Deborah) Chifulini, of Sarver and Richard Chifulini (partner, Ruth Dygan) of Nokomis, Florida, sister-in-law, Carol Chifulini, of Tarentum and by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph J. Chifulini and sister-in-law, Elaine.

Services and burial for Larry were private. Arrangements were under the care of the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.
