Kimberly Ent

Kimberly (Thomas) Ent, 65 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2026 due to complications of diabetes. In loving memory of Kim, a cherished soul who graced this world with her gentle spirit and boundless love for animals. Born on December 21st, 1960 in Natrona Heights, PA. Kim brought joy and warmth to everyone around her.

Kim was the beloved daughter of Joseph Byron Thomas and Margaret June Thomas who instilled in her the values of love and resilience. She was predeceased by her beloved husbands, Brett Kingsley and Clark Ent as well as her brother-in-laws, Robert Johns and Eugene Bella. Though these losses were profound, she found solace and strength in the relationships she built with her friends.

She is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Beverly Bella and Donna Johns along with her nieces and nephews. Her special friend Dennis McCausland held a special place in her heart and was a source of joy and comfort.

Kim’s love for animals was evident to all who knew her. An avid animal lover, she spent much of her life surrounded by the creatures she adored, from her horses, All Star, Mister & JC, dogs, Dash, Faith & Kuma and her cat Artis, who she affectionately called her children. Her passion for riding horses began in her youth and continued throughout her lifetime.

A proud 1979 graduate of Highlands High School, Kim carried a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life, always ready to offer a helping hand or a kind word to those in need. Her gentle spirit and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In honor of Kim’s life and her courageous battle with diabetes, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA. 22116, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by diabetes.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.
