James E. Bowser 76, of South Buffalo Township, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024, in his residence.

Born July 13, 1948, in Natrona Heights, he is the son of the late Harold and Mary Metzler Bowser.

James had been employed by Allegheny Ludlum, Brackenridge as a crane man for 30 years of service. A Sgt with the U.S. Air Force having served for four years. He enjoyed working on model trains and playing his guitar.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years Jean A. Farrell Bowser of South Buffalo Township. His daughter Tamara (Chris) Hill of Brackenridge, a granddaughter Angela Hill. His brother Mike Bowser of Florida along with one niece and two nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Mark Bowser.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. in the CICHOLSKI-ZIDEK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights. 724-224-8688 where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Greg Weidner officiating.
