Iris E. (Hill) Valarik

Iris E. (Hill) Valarik, 93, formerly of Natrona, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Cabot. She was born August 21, 1924, in Tarentum to the late Lawrence W. and Loraine Misson Hill Sr. Iris worked as a ward clerk and unit secretary at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Brackenridge. Iris is survived by her son, Randy DeCroo, of Selinsgrove; step daughter, Shirley (Franklin) Trinkala, of Pittsburgh; sister-in-law, Arlene Hill, of Tarentum; and by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony G. Valarik on August 8, 2002; son, Alan DeCroo; brother, Lawrence W. Hill Jr.: and by her sister, Wanda Wangler.
