Helen P. (Klimczyk) Stanoski 93, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 7, 2026. She was born October 22, 1932 in New Kensington a daughter of the late Stanley and Petronella (Sawitzka) Klimczyk. Helen was a 1951 graduate of Ken High. Following graduation she worked as a bookkeeper in the Loan Department of First National Bank in New Kensington and later she worked for many years in the childrens and men's departments of the former Hart's Department Store in the Natrona Heights Plaza. Helen was a member of Guardian Angels Parish in Natrona Heights, served as vice president, then later president of the Christian Mothers of St. Ladislaus Church in Natrona and was also a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. Helen is survived by her daughter Juliane (Larry) Melnick, son, Michael J. (Phyllis) Stanoski, grandchildren, Joseph (Ashley) Melnick, Ryan Melnick, Lyndsay (Adam) Lattus and Kaitlyn ( Michael) Zukowski and by her great grandchildren, Luke Lattus, Logan Lattus and Christian Zukowski. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. "John" Stanoski on July 2, 2023, brothers, Melvin, Joseph, Henry and Edward Klimczyk, sister, Stella Muffley and by her niece, Geraldine Davis.


Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Service and burial will be private. To send an online condolence please visit www.cicholski-zidekfh.com.
