Gregory Eugene Mrozinski
Gregory Eugene Mrozinski, 75, of Fawn Township passed from this earth into heaven Sunday at Good Samaritan Hospice surrounded by friends and family.
Greg worked at Allegheny Ludlum in plant security for 33 years, retiring in 1997.
During retirement, Greg and Dolores often went on vacations to Branson, Mo., Wyoming, Tennessee and Florida. Greg spent four years in the Naval Reserve. He was an active member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society and a member of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Parish in Natrona Heights. He and Dolores were involved in a marriage encounter group, where Greg found a special spiritual relationship with his wife, Dolores, and with our Lord, Jesus Christ.
He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, building model airplanes, and taking care of the pool so his grandchildren could enjoy their summers in the sun. He also had a special interest in Civil War and World War II history, often visiting Civil War battlefields and watching shows about World War II history on the television.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores Kutsch Mrozinski; four children, Denis (Krisanne) Mrozinski, Jane Mrozinski Wesolosky, Joann (James) Mrozinski Buckley and Merri (Wayne) Mrozinski Ruk-Carbo; nine grandchildren, Dan Wesolosky, Nick, Sasha, and Samantha Mrozinski, Jimmy and Jonathan Buckley, Olivia and Cameron Ruk and Josh Carbo.
