George W. Faltot II

George W Faltot II passed away after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease September 5th , 2026 at his home in Mercer, PA. He was born on October 20th , 1950, to George and Audrey Faltot. George was a member of Clark Trinity Methodist Church. For many years, he was a superintendent and steel mill consultant for companies such as Allegheny Ludlum, Eastern Stainless, and Dietrich Industries. His company, C.R. Specialties, was his last vocation before his early retirement. His work took him over many parts of the Midwest before landing in Western Pennsylvania, close to many other members of his immediate family. Throughout his life, George was an avid baseball enthusiast and muscle car collector. He was known as a handyman and do-it-yourselfer who was constantly improving upon or making new things for his family and home. Despite these hobbies and interests, George always made an effort to support his family and children in whatever they were doing. Whether it was plays, sporting events, or major life milestones, George’s reputation was to drop what he was doing or sacrifice his time to be there. Due to his Parkinson’s, George lost his speech towards the end of his life but was always quick to remind people that he was the proud father of six sons. His ability to tell stories and recount events made him the focal point of many family gatherings. It’s a skillset that his sons have only hoped to emulate as they’ve grown up with him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Dede (Faltot) Rittman. He is survived by his wife, Joan of Mercer, PA; his brother, Brian (Jeannie) Faltot, six sons: George (Christina) Faltot, Jason Faltot, Justin aka “Boomer” (Amy) Faltot, Joshua (Ashley) Faltot, Jonathan (Abigail) Faltot, and Geoffrey (Kayla) Faltot. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren: Hunter, Audrey, Alexis, Evan, Anderson, Brody, Liam, Liliana, Levi, Leera, Guinevere, Benjamin, August, Bowen and Georgiana.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 12 Noon to 2:00 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Twp.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday at the Northway Christian Community Church, 12121 Perry Highway, Wexford, Pa. 15090 ( time to be announced). Contributions in memory of George may be made to The Parkinson's Foundation,
