Evelyn L. Mitchelltree

Evelyn L. "Leebug" Mitchelltree, 76, of New Kensington, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. She was born May 3, 1950, in New Kensington to the late Norman and Kathryn Ann (Jacobs) Jordan. Evelyn was a 1969 graduate of Burrell High School. She attended the Mason Felix Beauty School in New Kensington and worked for many years as a beautician. In 2002 she attended the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and received her nail certification. Evelyn loved music and enjoyed singing in church choirs. She also enjoyed crocheting, feeding the birds and enjoyed driving after receiving her license later in life.

 Evelyn is survived by her husband, Paul R. Mitchelltree, children, Michael (Desiree) Piroch, Keith Piroch, Scott (Mandi) Piroch and Lisa Piroch, grandchildren, Jonathan Piroch, Kane (Avery) Piroch, Ethan Shutak, Ava Shutak and Elyse Shutak, great grandchild, Zeal Piroch and by her brothers, David (Margaret) Jordan and John (Ruth Ann) Jordan. In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her daughter, Anna Piroch and sisters, Kathryn Ann "Honey" Andrasy and Nancy Kozlowski.

Friends will be received on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.
