Mrs. Walker was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot, formerly a member of O.L.M.B.S of Natrona Heights. Her strong faith was evident as she attended weekly mass twice a week, and always showed kindness and thoughtfulness to family and friends. DeeDee is survived by her husband Jack Walker whom she married August 4, 1979, her son Jared (Lindsay) Walker of Allegheny Township, two daughters, Kellie Walker of Saxonburg, and Bethany (Cory) Smith of Natrona Heights. Also surviving are four siblings, Thomas (Regina) Henschel, David (Sandra) Henschel, Janet (Barry) Ewing, Janee (Gary) Wislie and numerous nieces and nephews and great- nieces and great- nephews. Survivors also include a stepdaughter, Heather (Mark) Townsend and three step grandchildren. DeeDee’s little canine companion “Yogi” gave her much comfort and was always by her side during her illness. In addition to her parents, DeeDee was preceded in death by her brother James P. Henschel.
