Dorothy M. Vojtko

Dorothy Vojtko (95), of Natrona Heights, passed peacefully on October 26, 2023, with her family around her.

Dorothy was born to Joseph and Katherine (Gajdosik) Cajka on February 4, 1928, in Natrona Heights, PA. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was known for her kindness, generosity, and love of family.

Dorothy was also a dedicated nurse at Allegheny Valley Hospital for over 40 years. She touched the lives of countless patients and colleagues with her compassion and expertise.

Dorothy is now reunited with her beloved husband Joseph, brother Joseph, brother Lou, and sister Carol, in heaven. She is survived by her daughter Jeanne (Richard), grandson Alex (Mary), granddaughter Madeline (Scott), brother Thomas (Christine), sister-in-law Dolores, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dorothy will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Friends will be received on Monday from 6-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a parting prayer service will be held on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. in Most Blessed Sacrament Campus, Natrona Heights. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Dorothy may be made to the Allegheny Valley Association of Churches, 1913 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, Pa. 15065.
