Daniel A. Jonczak

Daniel A. Jonczak, 91, of Buffalo Twp., passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at home with his family at his side. He was born September 25, 1934, in Natrona to the late Chester and Helen (Persinski) Jonczak. He attended St. Ladislaus School and graduated from Har-Brack High School in 1952. Daniel served his country in the United States Army stationed in Austria and Germany. Daniel retired from the Tool and Die industry, where he worked as a precision grinder and Technical Representative. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, St. Joseph Church in Cabot, where he taught CCD and presented couples for Engaged Encounters workshops, the American Legion Post 48 in Natrona and the VFW Post 894 in Natrona Heights. He loved music and enjoyed Polka dancing, golfing, photography and working on his computer. Daniel is survived by his wife, Joanne (Caporali) Jonczak, daughter, Kathleen Ann (Tom) Duff, of Sarver, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, brother, Edward Jonczak, of Oakmont and sister, Mary Ann Jonczak, of Springdale. In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by his son, Daniel A. Jonczak Jr. and his brothers, Chester A. Jonczak Jr. and Raymond F. Jonczak. 

Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a parting prayer service will be held on Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, Cabot.
