Carolyn A. (Mazur) Tort

Carolyn A. (Mazur) Tort, 60, of New Kensington, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born July 15, 1957, in Natrona Heights to the late Anthony E. and Irene A. Kozlowski Mazur. Carol was a 1975 graduate of St. Joseph High School. She worked in the housekeeping department at Oakmont Country Club. Carol was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Parish in Natrona. She enjoyed cooking and candy making. Carol is survived by her husband of 33 years, John A. Tort; daughter, Nicole Tort, of New Kensington; grandson, Jonathan Tort; and by her sisters, Joanne (Harold Bruce) Doutt, of New Kensington and Susan Mazur, of Natrona Heights. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, John A. Tort.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 9:30 AM in St. Ladislaus Church, Natrona with her pastor the Rev. John B. Lendvai as celebrant.
