Carol J. (Sadowski) Stanko, 70, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away peacefully on Monday, April 30, 2018. Carol was born November 18, 1947, in Tarentum to the late Charles and Irene Sadowski. She enjoyed teaching them how to make Christmas cookies, how to sew, and how to play card games. She was an avid traveler and spent time camping with her husband and family. She enjoyed working with stained glass along with her husband. She was very well known for her chocolate candies at Christmas and birthday cakes. She was an active and dedicated member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church for over 40 years and often made communion sick calls to members of the parish who could not attend mass. Carol will be deeply missed by her husband, family and friends. She had a beautiful smile and enjoyed life.
