Barbara S. (Shearer) Malcolm, 94, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Concordia in Cabot. She was born April 8, 1931, in Leechburg to the late Howard L and Anna (Tench) Shearer. Barbara was a 1949 graduate of Leechburg High School and a 1953 graduate of Robert Morris University. She worked for many years as a clerk for the former Lloyd-Johnson's Stationery Store in Natrona Heights and later in the bookkeeping department at Valley National Bank (later, National City Bank) in Freeport. Barbara was a member of Natrona Heights Presbyterian Church, where she served as a deacon and in recent years a member of Crossroads Presbyterian Church in Leechburg. Barbara enjoyed volunteering for the Alle Kiski Health Foundation and at Allegheny Valley Hospital. Barbara is survived by her children, Rev. R. Cameron (Laurie) Malcolm, IV, of Natrona Heights, Stuart (Sue) Malcolm, of Natrona Heights and Ann Malcolm Kennedy, of Columbus, Ohio, grandchildren, Jarred (Andria)  Malcolm, Richard Kennedy, Cameron Malcolm V and Marrissa (Cory) Dutton, 4 great grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Malcolm III on November 25, 2010, brothers John Thomas, Howard and James Shearer, nephew, Ronald Shearer and by her very loving Uncle and aunt, George D. and Mary Edna Tench Stuart.
