Walter T. Valasek

Walter Timothy Valasek, 49, of Buffalo Township, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016 at West Penn Hospice Inpatient Unit, Pittsburgh. He was born July 30, 1966, in Natrona Heights, son of Ernest and Eleanor Norbut Valasek, of Buffalo Township. Walter was a 1984 graduate of Freeport High School. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Mackenzie Valasek, of Natrona Heights and Tyler Valasek, of Natrona Heights; his grandson, Milo Medvis; brothers, Daniel (Sheri) Valasek, of Penn Township and Jeffrey Valasek, of Buffalo Township; and by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 12 Noon in the Harvest Community Church, Freeport Campus, 407 Freeport Road, Freeport. Officiating will be the Rev. Michael Harvey. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Walter may be made to the 'Children of Walter Valasek', c/o First National Bank, 1713 Union Avenue, Natrona Heights, Pa. 15065.
