Richard L. Milliken

Richard L. Milliken, 68, of Creighton, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born December 2, 1952, in Natrona Heights, a son of the late Richard L. and Olive (Divelbiss) Milliken. Richard was a veteran of the US Navy. He worked as a department manager for Lowe's in Austin, Texas. Richard enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his son, Jeremy C. Milliken, of Creighton; sister, Terri (Robert A.) Kaduck, of Springdale Township and by his 2 nieces, 2 nephews and 2 great nieces.
