John E. Estok

John E. Estok, 77, of Tarentum passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.  He was born May 22, 1945, in Homestead, a son of the late John and Erma (Sabo) Estok.  John was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the United States Air Force from 1966-1970.  He was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, life member of the V.F.W. Post 894 in Natrona Heights and a member of the American Legion Post 226 in Brackenridge.  John was an avid Steeler fan and enjoyed listening to the oldies.  He is survived by his senior companion, Veronica Peters, his caretaker, Ronnie Lou Bowser and his many friends at Dalton's Edge.  In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Estok.

Friends will be received on Monday from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.  A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Munhall.  To send an online condolence please visit www.cicholski-zidekfh.com.  Military honors will be accorded by the Vandergrift Veteran Honor Guard.
