Janice V. Montgomery

Janice V. Montgomery, 76 passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022. She was born March 8, 1946 in Natrona Heights, daughter of the late Anthony and Helen (Zbrzyski) Janello. Janice was a 1964 graduate of Har-Brack High School. She was a sales clerk at Macy’s before retiring after 20 years of service. Janice is a member of St. Marys church, Freeport. In her free time she enjoyed baking, cooking, and being a grandmother. Janice is survived by her son; John Montgomery, daughter Jennifer (Ryan) Volek; grandchildren, John (Kelly) Montgomery, Levi Montgomery, Shane Volek, Natalie Volek, and Katie Volek; great grandchildren, Vice and Autumn; Sisters, Marcelline Lubresky, Loretta Lang; brother, Chester Janello and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Janice is proceeded in death by James Montgomery; daughter, Jamie Montgomery; Sister Sylvia Brunner. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m & 6-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a blessing service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. with Monsignor Gilbert Gente officiating.
