Janet Cochran

Janet (West) Cochran, 81, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Belair Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Lower Burrell. She was born May 19, 1941, in Homewood PA, a daughter of the late Charles and Marie West. In addition to her parents, was preceded in death by her Brothers Robert C. and Donald R. West and sons, Kurt and Craig Cochran and her Grandson Jesse K. Cochran, Nephew Don M. West. Janet worked as a short order cook and bartender for Sullivan's bar in Dormont and later worked as a Home Care Aid. Janet Is best known for her genuine love for animals especially her dear Ebony (Cat). Janet was very creative in arts Enjoyed painting and drawings also had a great passion for gardening. Janet is survived by her two sons, Brad (Diana) Cochran, of Natrona Heights and Robert (Holly) Cochran, of Sturgeon, PA grandchildren, Natalie and Cole Cochran and Great-grandson Derek. She also survived by her nieces Dana A. Ferry (Mike), Patrice J. Newman (Pete), Jennifer L. West (Mike) and their families.
