Christopher J. Sydlik

Christopher J. Sydlik, 50, formerly of Brackenridge, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021. He was born December 19, 1970, in Natrona Heights the son of Christopher N. Sydlik, of Brackenridge and the late Theresa (Kunc) Sydlik. Chris was a 1989 graduate of Highlands High School. After high school he served his country in the United States Navy for 10 years. Chris was working for the Veterans Administration in Aspinwall. He was of the Catholic faith. Chris was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. He is survived by his father, Christopher N. Sydlik (Patricia), of Brackenridge; sisters, Jennifer (Robert) Ogden, of Sarver and Tammy Sydlik (Bernie), of Brackenridge; nieces, Chelsea (Julio) and Shelby (Daniel); nephews, Seth, Mason and Austin; great nephews, Jayden and Jaxon; great niece, Jocelyn; his dear friend, Christine and by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Natrona Heights. Due to CDC guidelines burial in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township will be private. Arrangements are under the care of the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.
